Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn socks in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
